Membership Application

Becoming a Member

Would you like to become a member of CAAS? Membership types are listed below. Your professional experience must fit into one of these categories to be considered. If you qualify, and you have a Colorado State License, please follow the steps below. We do not currently offer membership to MSLs.

  1. Your first step in becoming a member of the Colorado Allergy and Asthma Society is to attend a meeting as the guest of a current member.
  2. After deciding that you would like to join our group, you will need to fill out the membership application at the bottom of this page and submit it to us, along with your CV, at caasociety@gmail.com.
  3. The Executive Committee will then review your application and supplemental materials. You must have a current member’s sponsorship in order for your application to be reviewed by the Committee.
  4. After your membership request is approved by the Executive Committee, you will be invited to attend the next Society meeting, where your sponsor will briefly introduce you and the group as a whole will vote on your membership.
  5. Once your membership is approved, you’ll receive information from us regarding your member login for the website as well as instructions on how to pay your dues. Dues must be paid within 30 days of becoming a member.

Please contact caasociety@gmail.com with any questions!
